Q1. How experienced are you in the provision of care
services? |
We have been providing a range of care services in the community for
over 15 years. The management team have extensive care experience which spans
over 30 years. |
Q2. How do I arrange services? |
First telephone HomeCare (Mellor) we're here to help. A free of
charge consultation will be arranged, this can be held at our offices or within
the comfort of your own home. You can have your family or friends with you if
you wish to offer you support. |
Q3. Are you registered with the Commission for Social Care
Inspection (CSCI)? |
Yes. This company has been registered for 3 years. |
Q4. I have to leave my disabled wife whilst I go our for the
weekly shopping, can you help? |
Certainly, we offer a sitting service. This can range from 1 hour
upwards. And can be at anytime of the day/evening. We even offer assistance to
help you have a holiday/break and will look after your wife in your absence. |
