We are one of the leading providers of care and support to people in their own homes - every week we provide a range of care services to a variety of people in the diverse community in and around the Blackburn with Darwen, Ribble Valley and Preston areas.

HomeCare (Mellor) was established in 1993 by Jeanette Taylor. The dedicated supervised Blackburn team Managed by Stephanie Hester, and the Preston team Managed by Sara McGaughey, adhere to a strict code of practice. The organisation is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) current rating 3 star - excellent
